Battle Royale
My dormmates and I watched Battle Royale and its sequel, Battle Royale II: Requiem, when we were on our junior year in college back in 09. Same year, we read the HG series (though I only read til CF. I’m reading Mockingjay this summer. Syd and Menche we’re so hooked, they finished reading the series at once. XD)
If you’ve watched BR, that’s the first thing that will come to your mind after reading the first few chapters of HG. But I don’t want to make any comparison. I love them both. :D
